SUMMARY
Embedded resources for a particular brush aren't shown in the brush settings if the user created the brush using a bundle-exclusive resource and then disabled the bundle.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download and enable the charcoal bundle from https://files.kde.org/krita/extras/charcoal/
2. Select the Charcoal 16 Comp-BlockBG brush.
3. Create a new preset from it.
4. Disable the bundle.
5. Attempt to observe the new local brush's brush tip or pattern in the brush settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
The embedded brush tip/pattern is not shown and not selectable.

EXPECTED RESULT
They should at least be shown/selectable when the preset is selected.
