SUMMARY
***
I'm running Kstars and Ekos on Astroberry, when imaging with my ASI camera and Ioptron Mount, Ekos appears to saving UTC date and time in the FITS header. I have set Kstars date, time and location to my current date, time and location, and set time and location update in INDI config to Kstars updates all devices.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Time and Location to non-UTC location in Kstars settings
2. Start up Ekos and start connect to devices
3. Take image in CCD tab
4. Open that FITS file in FITS Viewer
5. Open FITS Header find the DATE-OBS

OBSERVED RESULT
Gives UTC time and says 'UTC start date of observation'

EXPECTED RESULT
Gives my local time and '[Zone] start date of observation'

That's not a bug, it's supposed to be in UTC.
