cursor theme

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download the attached cursor theme
2. go to System Settings > Appearance > Cursors
3. click on 'Install from file...' button and double-click on the downloaded cursor theme
4. remove the installed cursor theme
5. click on 'Apply' button

OBSERVED RESULT
inline message saying 'You have to restart Plasma session...'

I notice that at the beginning of the screen recording, no cursor theme is selected. Does the issue still happen if you make sure that before you install the local cursor theme, something is selected and applied?

The inline message also appears if a theme is selected before the provided steps.

Thanks. Cannot reproduce with those steps, doing exactly what you do in the video, with the provided cursor theme. :/
