SUMMARY
When calling "Present Windows" it's impossible to select windows that are shaded (by shaded I mean folded where you can only see the title bar).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window.
2. Shade the window.
3. Minimize the window.
4. Invoke "Present Windows" and try to select the shaded window.
5. Be sad.

OBSERVED RESULT
The windows are not selectable, hence they don't come to focus when we click on them.

EXPECTED RESULT
Shaded windows should be selectable.
