screencast icon-only-task-manager blank

SUMMARY
the icon-only widget does not show the application icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update to 5.25.3
2. use widget icon-only-task-manager.

OBSERVED RESULT
using task-manager seems normal. but using icon-only task manager is not normal, no app icon is visible.

EXPECTED RESULT
the icon-only widget shows the application icon.

Some questions:

1. Do you have a 3rd-party fork of the Icons-Only Task Manager widget in ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/
2. Can you right-click on an empty area of the Task manager > click "configure Icons-Only Task manager..." > go to "Behavior" page > attach a screenshot of the window contents?

No, no additional plugins or widgets. there's not even a plasma>plasmoid folder

I have added an attachment.
increase/decrease maximum rows, it's a fix. but after logout/reboot it will be empty again.
