Description Allen Winter 2022-07-28 16:00:45 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a todo reminder popup to notify about an upcoming start date
2. keep dismissing until the start date has paste

OBSERVED RESULT
Notice that the reminder text says something like "Task starts at 11:15 AM" even though it is now 11:25 AM

EXPECTED RESULT
The reminder text should indicate that the start date has already passed , something like "Task started at 11:15 AM" or (even better ) "Task started 10 minutes ago"
