STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the menu: "Przejdź" (in polish) / "Goto" (in english)
2. observe the keyboard shortcut description attached to the action: "Początek dokumentu" (in polish) / "Beginning of the document (in english)
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
"Ctrl+Katalog domowy"

EXPECTED RESULT
"Ctrl+Home"

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Current translation of the english text "Ctrl+Home" into polish version: "Ctrl+Katalog domowy" doesn't match the context.

In some cases the english term "Home" corresponds to polish "Katalog domowy" (strict translation of "Home Directory"),
but here, the "Home" is the proper name of the keyboard key, and shouldn't be translated - exactly as it already is presented on the help page:
https://docs.kde.org/stable5/pl/okular/okular/menugo.html

kind regards

screenshots (2 joined) of the menu positions where the bug was found

Hello
according to your email, I have attached the screenshot - two of them joined actually - because in the midtime I've found the second place, where the same bug occurs:
1) the first place (reported at the beginning of that issue): menu "Przejdź" (EN: 'go' or 'goto' probably), position "Początek dokumentu / Ctrl+Katalog domowy" (EN: 'Beginning of the document' / 'Ctrl+Home')

2) the second place (new finding of the same bug): menu "Ustawienia" (EN: 'Settings' or 'Config' probably),
position "Ustawienia skrótów klawiszowych" (EN: probably "Keyboard shortcuts settings") - and within the list which opens,
the position: "Początek dokumentu / Ctrl+Katalog domowy" (EN: probably 'Beginning of the document / Ctrl+Home')

In both places, the word 'Home' shouldn't be translated into polish "Katalog domowy", but just leaved simply as "Home", as in this context (exactly the same in both places) it is the proper name of the keyboard key, and NOT the name of "Home Directory", which term in exact polish translation is "Katalog domowy"

kind regards

Unfortunately that translation is coming from Qt itself https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qttranslations.git/tree/translations/qtbase_pl.ts#n4795 so there's not much we can do to fix it.

I suggest you contact Jarek Kobus <jaroslaw.kobus@theqtcompany.com> that is the person that made that translation.

If he is still around in The Qt Company he may fix it, otherwise you'll have to report a bug in https://bugreports.qt.io/secure/Dashboard.jspa
