I also want to inform you that Kmail needs a UI and system process update.

I cannot reproduce your issue -- if you do not provide any sort of logs or backtrace that would provide some insight into why the crash is happening for you, I will not be able to issue a fix and will have to close this bug report.

To reply to your second comment, KMail is not a part of Kalendar, and this is not the place to provide design feedback. If you have any constructive feedback you would like to provide KMail's developers, please feel free to reach out to them through other means (such as the public KDE PIM mailing list).

Thank you,

I am quite new to this so I am not aware on how to provide crash data.
The issue is also in the discover app when you click to mail the
contributors it may be better to make it just a text than a button.

please kindly let me know how I can get access to the mailing list you
have a great software here and I am in the testing version.

When the crash popup appears, there should be an option titled "Developer information". You can copy the contents of the text and provide them here -- that is a backtrace.

The fact that this happens in Discover too leads me to believe this is a common issue, perhaps in Kirigami. Still, to confirm, we would need a backtrace or some other source of information (such as the output of running Kalendar in the terminal).

The most popular mailing lists can be found here: https://kde.org/support/mailinglists/

A full list can be found here: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo

Hope this helps.

OK thank you for at least making an attempt Claudio. Try and click the
email developers icon.

The problem occurred on KDE Neon latest testing and a few reviews
indicate the issue is still persistent and could be a bug.
