SUMMARY
colord-kde package version 0.5.0

Assigning a Color Profile to a Display Device needs that, one has to logout and login again twice, before the desired profile can be correctly assigned to the Display.

The desired  Color Profile is located in '/usr/local/share/color/icc/' -
The KCM module (correctly?) places a copy of the desired profile in '~/.local/share/icc/' -

kcolord is now unmaintained, color management has moved to kwin as part of wayland.
