Normal and expected screen layout in expected-layout.png. Faulty/wrong layout after screen turns on again in layout-after-screen-turns-on-again.png

SUMMARY
***
When starting a wine application with lutris, I let it turn off the secondary monitor while the application is running.
When the application is closed, the second screen is turned on again.
After that the arrangement of my screens is reset as seen in the screenshots.

This does not happen when I turn off the monitor via physical button, or when I unplug the DP cable.

Not sure if it's not tied to lutris or wine somehow.

Problem persists in 5.26.4.

The application that modifies output settings is responsible for correctly restoring it too. There's nothing KScreen can do about it
