STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drawing like normal, using the straight line tool.
2. I notice it get difficult to use the line tool.
3. The cursor and line are distanced from each other like in the bug.

OBSERVED RESULT
The ink does not go where I click.

EXPECTED RESULT
The ink is supposed to go where I click.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It only appears on one layer with a transform mask.

That's normal: the transform mask is an automatic translation of what you're painting.
