STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover the cursor over one applet, so that the tooltip appears
2. Move the cursor to a neighboring applet

OBSERVED RESULT
For some applets the tooltip jumps up and down on opening. Please see the screenrecording.

Possibly the same as Bug 435423, or would be fixed by fixing it. Or maybe it's different.

Also happens in case of the "Status and Notification" applet, when you open it and hover the cursor over its items.
