STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a mix of local calendars (default Birthday & Anniversaries works) and remote (Google calendar)
2. Set calendars to be enabled
3. Restart KOrganizer

OBSERVED RESULT
When KOrganizer starts up all calendars are disabled regardless of if they were enabled or not last time KOrganizer ran.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should remember which calendars are enabled and which are disabled.
