STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any app, then open a new window for the same app.
2. Open a different app
3. Click on the app icon on latte dock for the app which has 2 windows.

OBSERVED RESULT

The app with the 2 windows will not open unless you close one of the windows for the app.

EXPECTED RESULT

The app should restore the windows for the app

an error is regularly shown in latte dock settings when the issue happens:
Error: 1 layout has reported 1 error that you need to repair.(I18N_GAPS_IN_PLACEHOLDER_SEQUENCE)(I18N_EXCESS_ARGUMENTS_SUPPLIED)
