Cannot reproduce, also on Fedora 36. Does it happen with other panel popups, not just Kickoff?

Then I'm afraid there's no way for us to debug this any further, sorry. When you file a bug report, if you stop using the environment in which the bug occurred, developers probably won't be able to fix it unless they can trivially reproduce it for themselves.
