SUMMARY
Please watch the attached screen recording. I drag Kate to another virtual desktop in Pager widget,
then the virtual desktop switches after 1 second and an empty OSD appears in the middle of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
OSD showing the virtual desktop name should appear when the virtual desktop switches

Make sure 'Show on-screen display when switching' option is checked in Virtual Desktop KCM before the steps seen in the attached screen recording. It is unchecked by default.

Cannot reproduce with the OSD setting checked.

Humm, I can reproduce when following the steps seen in the attached video immediately after login.
But I can't if the virtual desktop was switched by clicking on the Pager widget before the same steps.
