Click somewhere in the eg system settings (or any other applications), but not on any control. OBSERVED RESULT Please see the screen recording. The outer parts of the "circles" stay for a while and flicker. Or a workaround could be to disallow "0px line width", since it probably doesn't make much sense anyway.
It seems to happen if you select a line width > 1px and then select 0px. The red lines are visible until the end of the animation.
