Description Jan Bidler 2022-07-12 15:28:59 UTC
SUMMARY
The file system browser lets one mount drives. However, if it fails, no error messages of any kind are shown

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a drive that can't be mounted (i.e., ntfs drive without ntfs drivers)
2. Open Kate
3. Try to mount it via filesystem browser -> click on "place" icon -> select the drive from "devices"

OBSERVED RESULT
Drive fails to mount, and no error messages are shown.

EXPECTED RESULT
Drive fails to mount, and an error message should be shown why it failed.
