The Master Track being louder than the Audio Track of me talking despite both of the other tracks being muted

SUMMARY
When Using the Audio Mixer the Master Volume is Louder than the individual Audio Tracks by about 5 dB, it seems like this even follows it into the render.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Adjusting each track individually

OBSERVED RESULT
Master Track is louder than individual tracks even when those tracks are set to play solo.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Master Track to be the same volume as shown on the individual Audio Tracks

At first I thought maybe the Master Track might have just been the only Audio Track adjusting to my audio manipulation but after turning all volumes back to default the problem still occurs.
