Sometimes Plasma stops being able to trigger the Widget Explorer completely until plasmashell is restarted.

It also appears that `plasmashell --replace` is not enough, while `killall plasmashell && kstart5 plasmashell` works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I wish I knew, but for me, it is:
1.  Use Plasma for some time
2.  When I need to add a widget and use "Add widgets" in the desktop's context menu, nothing happens
