Neochat roomlist footer height

SUMMARY
When logged in to multiple accounts a footer appears on the roomlist which allows the user to select between the accounts. Currently the height of this footer is different to the chatbar height which is not very aesthetically pleasing.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a second account
2. Observe roomlist footer and chatbar heights

OBSERVED RESULT
The roomlist footer is slightly shorter

EXPECTED RESULT
The roomlist footer should be the same size at least when the chatbar is a single line

Closing this, sinxe the account switcher now has a significantly different height and making them equal is not a good option
