STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle and select "Rectangular".
2. Click on "Take a new screenshot"
3. See for yourself

OBSERVED RESULT
The screenshot is cluttered by the minimizing animation of the Spectacle window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Normally the screenshot is not supposed to show this animation.

Until this one fixed you can use 1 sec delay as a workaround
