STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings
2. Manage Profiles...
3. New...
4. Appearance
5. Edit...
6. Check blur background
7. Turn up background color transparency
8. Close all windows except main konsole window
9. Move console / resize

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows blur is removed, then flickers back.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows blur would remain consistent
