Description Dan 2022-07-07 20:24:11 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate Night Color with Activation time: "Always on" (for testing, because it happens with other options) and Apply
2. Close System Settings
3. Night Color stops working

The only way I can use Night Color is to activate it in System Settings, restarting the whole system and avoid opening System Settings again. Maybe there's something wrong with System Settings conflicting with Night Color. I noticed the following log messages, but I don't know if they're harmless, since my QT_PLUGIN_PATH is correctly set to /usr/local/qt/plugins:/usr/local/kde/lib/plugins.

kf.coreaddons: "Could not load plugin from kcm_kscreen: The shared library was not found."
kf.kirigami: Failed to find a Kirigami platform plugin
