STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. move cursor from desktop to the taskbar
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
cursor disappears, and if moved across 'taskbar icons' cursor will highlight them; but still cannot see the cursor!

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor doesn't change shape (an arrow)

That's odd. Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue? I suspect this will be very difficult or even impossible to debug otherwise.

Cursor disappearing is getting worse!! When changing applications the computer locks up! Nothing helps, other than rebooting. Production
has dropped to 50%.
