STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert video
2. Select region on timeline you want to export
3. Insert Title Clip text as overlay
4. Render (selected zone, channels=2 s=480x270 real_time=-4 threads=0)

OBSERVED RESULT
Frozen frames at the beginning (length was different during testing with 40 different clips)

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal looped GIF
