Add tooltip for close button in desktop grid effect.
As the goal of maintaining consistency.

The Desktop Grid effect doesn't have a close button. What thing are you talking about? Can you attach a screenshot?

I'm referring to the close button that appears in the upper right corner, above the thumbnails of open applications.
It doesn't have a tool tip, the function is obvious to the vast majority of users, the main purpose is to maintain consistency...

Ah, you're talking about the Present Windows effect, not the Desktop Grid effect. The Overview effect has them too.
