Just the blue bar without the menu

Sometimes, kickoff won't show up. It doesn't crash.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Garuda Linux (Arch repos) install with KDE Plasma 5.25.2 (Hardware specs below)
2. Select "Floating Panel" in the panel settings, everything else is stock. No Theming.
3. Change to Wayland session

OBSERVED RESULT

Only the blue bar on top of the logo of Kickoff is seen, not the menu itself. (as seen on the screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT

Kickoff should open as normal to open apps or to log off.
