STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Assign double click in Title bar actions to fold and apply
2. Double click in the Title bar will fold correctly the window
3. Double click again in the Title bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
Double click in the Title bar will not unfold correctly the window

EXPECTED RESULT
Double click in the Title bar to unfold will restore the window to the previous size previous to fold, instead its needed to grab and pull down the window border to restore the size.
