SUMMARY

When I move the pointer to where the panel is, it isn't showing the panel indicator line in the place it suppose to be, instead it will show above of it

I'm attaching a video with the problem that it will explain better for itself



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move  the pointer where the panel is to make it visible
2. Make the panel visible

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel indicator line isn't where the panel is

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel indicator line should be where the panel is

that is a kwin issue...
replace latte with a panel and you will have the same issue...
