popup of volume appears below firefox notification

SUMMARY
***
when we move mouse to any taskbar icon it displays some information like volume percentage in numbers or what network we are connected to in a popup , this information appears below any other notification like of that of firefox downloads or screenshot notification. So the information from the icons is partially / fully covered by notifications.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move mouse pointer on taskbar icons like date or volume.
2. Popup displays information which appears below other notification

I am on wayland too. This seems to be a wayland only bug. I tried it on X11, but can not reproduce it.
