STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change language to Simplified Chinese
2. Check show fonts

OBSERVED RESULT
Simplified Chinese language uses Japanese fonts


EXPECTED RESULT
Simplified Chinese language show Simplified Chinese fonts

Which font is select by default for the user interface is determined by your OS and Qt, we don't control that directly. If either of these components picks the wrong font, you can override that already in Krita's settings dialog, General, Window, Use custom interface font.

This correctly solves my problem.
