SUMMARY
Normally touchpad gestures should be available after the splash screen disappears, but 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to a Wayland session
2. Perform a touchpad gesture when the splash screen shows in the front. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Touchpad gesture

EXPECTED RESULT
No touchpad gesture
