SUMMARY
It is translated as "Ereignisse vom Beitreten und Verlassen anzeigen", which seems to have been copypasted from "Show leave and join events".
It should be something along the lines of "Ereignisse von Anzeigenamensänderungen anzeigen" instead.

Not a bug, I just wasn't aware of the translators workflow.
