SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  create a circuit
2.  place a resistor on it
3.  move the resistor

OBSERVED RESULT
A. The text of resistor's value (e.g. 10 kOhm ) is placed in the upper right corner of the circuit, instead of being near the resistor symbol

EXPECTED RESULT
B. The text of resistor's value (e.g. 10 kOhm ) moves around with the component

KDE Frameworks 5.68.0
Qt 5.12.8 (built against 5.12.8)

This makes a very bad user experience...
