The freeze

SUMMARY
The program freezes when I try to move any icon. The outline stays after I release the icon and I am not able to make any changes until I restart Latte (after the restart, my changes are gone). While it is "frozen" I can still open programs and right click on icons, but the dock does not auto-hide and the "zoom on hover" does not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move any icon within the dock

OBSERVED RESULT
The dock freezes as described above.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dock would not freeze and my changes would be saved.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch linux 5.18.6
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5
