SUMMARY
While dragging from dolphin cursor shows plus icon 
where as dragging from desktop directly shows hand icon.
It should be the same right ?


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Try to drag file / folder from desktop
2.  Try to again drag file / folder from desktop using dolphin
3.  Observe the cursor icons while dragging both ways

No, because they actually do different things: when you drop something that you dragged in Dolphin, it will show you a menu of options. When you drop something that you dragged in Folder view, it will simply move the dragged thing to the location where you dropped it. The different cursors reflect these differences in behavior.
