SUMMARY
When window is maximized by shortcut the window becomes so tiny that it is unsable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Maximize shortcut in Shortcuts > Kwin > Maximize Window
2. Open libreoffice / Qutebrowser
3. Toggle miximize shortcut

This does not seem to be the case anymore.

I know we added a forced minimum size hint so we will never get the exact thing in the video, but even then another change seems to have fixed it
