STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Right click on the desktop: Enter edit mode
2.  Manage Desktops and Panels

OBSERVED RESULT
"Manage Desktops and Panels" window is shown: The wallpapers of the active screens are not displayed. The wallpapers of the other turned off screens are the default wallpaper of the latest Plasma release (5.25)

EXPECTED RESULT
The actual used wallpapers are displayed in the boxes, so that it becomes clearer with what it's meant with "swap with xyz" when clicking on the button.

Can't confirm anymore. Something must have fixed this in Plasma 6.
