SUMMARY
I tried to install icon set calling: "Super flat remix" and got message like below

Downloading "Super flat remix" failed, error SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams

The same for different package:
Downloading "Tela-icon-theme" (selected green) failed, error SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams

Animation still working.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings -> Appearance -> Icons -> Get New....
2. Enter "Super flat remix"
3. Install

OBSERVED RESULT
error like: SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams

EXPECTED RESULT
icons should be installed
