Video demonstrating the issue.

SUMMARY
When dragging an icon from the favourites section in the application launcher to the task manager, the act of dragging the icon through the favourites section re-orders all icons there. Therefore, once the icon has been dragged to the destination, the icons inside the favourites section are shuffled by the act of dragging an icon through it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag icon from favourites in application launcher to anywhere
2. Observe order in favourites section

OBSERVED RESULT
The icons are moved by dragging an icon through them.

EXPECTED RESULT
If the icon is not placed elsewhere in the favourites section, but is used outside of it, the original order of icons should be preserved.
