At the right of the kwin window the bug happpen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in a Wayland session
2. Open System Settings
3. Drag into the right corner of the screen 

OBSERVED RESULT
Minimize/Restore/Close buttons unachievable and the right side of the window is "hidden"

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be the same as other application like having access into kwin button at the top right

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It's werid bug because it only at far I know System Settings application does this. I tested with other QT and GTK application and it works great ! I wonder why...

It looks systemsettings disobeys the window geometry size that kwin has asked for.

There's a way to fix this problem ? Maybe look at .Xsession file ?
