SUMMARY
The Breeze ocean blue highlights are not applied on some settings panes, such as the ones you get by right clicking the panel and clicking "configure XYZ", for instance, configuring icons only manager and digital clock shown in screenshot


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click icons only task manager
2. Click "configure"
3. You'll see drop downs don't have ocean blue highlights

OBSERVED RESULT
Drop downs don't have ocean blue highlights

EXPECTED RESULT
Drop downs should follow consistent ocean blue highlights
