SUMMARY

While opening the effect with multiple windows on a VD the windows keep moving / arranging and when closing some windows just vanish. This is not a big concern, but it's visually not very pleasant. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Please see the screen recording: Part 1/3 original speed, part 2/3 10% of the original speed, and part 3/3 5% of the original speed to make the issue more visible.

I'd change the importance from "NOR minor" to "normal" again. It definitely didn't happen in the former version of the grid effect.
