You also see that moving it in the other direction back to the original screen, a part of the OBS window itself flickers instead.

A Similar issue happens on the primary screen A when un-maximizing OBS's window on screen B. Please see the screen recording.

The effect from comment 3 affects basically all apps, while I could only the reproduce original issue with OBS so far. Maybe those are ultimately different bugs.

It's a bug in obs. I know this because I debugged this glitch a while ago; but my intent was to fix repainting in kwin. Can you report this issue to obs developers please?
