The window title bar can't be seen when drkonqi launches at every boot (because of a crash), so I need meta to move it to the centre. Reproducible every time. Only drkonqi? Other apps have a window frame?
(In reply to Harald Sitter from comment #1) > Only drkonqi? Other apps have a window frame? If I move it with meta drkonqi has a titlebar too, just 'clips' outside the screen edge. Yes, only noticed this with drkonqi.

I wonder if this is a kwin bug. What likely happens there is that ksplashqml crashed before kwin started and so drkonqi's window would be stuck to the top left (without window frame). Then kwin starts but fails to shift the window down to accommodate the now present window frame, leaving the frame stuck outside the viewport. Moving the bug to kwin for inspection.
That makes sense to me.
