SUMMARY
Yesterday Neon updated to plasma 5.25.0 and broke brightness control in Dell Latitude 3410. Cant increase brightness manually and screen is almost unreadable.
I set 100% brightness from BIOS but when Neon boots, it darken the screen without a chance to increase brigthness. I set this bug critical scince it totaly block the computer use.
I try xbacklight -set 100 but nothing happens. In plasma 5.24.5 brightness controls worked just fine,

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Update Neon to 5.25.0 in Dell Latitude
