SUMMARY
After the update to Plasma 5.25.0, moving an application's icon inside Latte Tasks makes it unclickable, in the sense that it does no longer respond to clicks. It can still be moved, but it cannot be interacted with until Latte is restarted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Long-click an application icon in Latte
2. Either move the icon or release the click

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon becomes gray and surrounded by a coloured square, and it can't be interacted with any more until Latte is restarted.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon remains interactive after moving it.

no time to check this out...
I tested it with Latte git version that will be upcoming v0.11 and it works just fine... 
after v0.11 is released this bug will be closed.

Still happening on current git master (e9269e51515edf02727ec0e19773cc9705106d7b).

Can't rearrange icons at all. Whole dock freezes up.
