Video showing the animation of hovering on KDE Plasma 5.20, unfortunately the video framerate got lowered during conversion.

SUMMARY
Between KDE Plasma 5.20 and 5.21, the Breeze Window Decoration used to have an animation for hovering on the buttons, however since then that animation has vanished.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Simply hover between the window's buttons, you will note that there is no hovering animation for it.

OBSERVED RESULT
No animations on hovering in the buttons.

EXPECTED RESULT
An transition animation between active and inactive states on those buttons.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.13.0-48-generic
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
An minor visual issue ¿ that has been happening since KDE Plasma 5.21.0, if not mistaken...

I'm afraid this was an intentional change. We have generally been removing animations for hover effects due to feedback that users mistake it for slowness or lag, and perceive that she system is not very responsive.

I do remember that complaint somewhere but was not sure, so it is intentional after all, surely strange seeing the system as slow by such an minor effect, however, thanks for your work!
