Thanks for your report! Please give more information about your setup: how did you install Kdenlive (distro package, Appimage, Flatpak,…)? What Linux distribution are you using? This is important to know, since packaging varies between those. (BTW you should include this info in every bug report to make it easier to understand the situation. You may want to read https://kdenlive.org/en/bug-reports/ about how to write high quality bug reports) Also please note that media info is an optional dependency ie. it is possible to use Kdenlive without media info. !!!
